This four-week program introduces the foundational principles of Vedic meditation, adapting ancient wisdom for a modern daily lifestyle. Participants gather weekly online or in person to discuss the history of the Vedic tradition and the mechanics of a silent, manta based, breath awareness meditation. A unique feature of this course is a private ceremony where each student receives a personal mantra calculated specifically from their birth location, date, and time. This mantra acts as a specific vibrational tool for individual practice. Each session we will meditate together using our own personal mantra-our souls signature vibration. By the conclusion of the sessions, learners will have established a stable daily routine and a deeper understanding of their personal meditative path.
